British actor, Lee is currently based around London (yet able to
travel worldwide). While pursuing numerous acting opportunities,
Lee continues to enhance his acting skills and knowledge at
various renowned institutions including the Theatre Royal Haymarket
in the West End.
Lee’s newest 2010 work includes the self written and directed short
film ‘Not The Way It Feels’, ‘Walk in the Park’ and the co-written and
co-directed short film ‘Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit’. Lee was also
recently seen in a promo for the show ‘100 Greatest Christmas
Moments’ (Channel 4) that was broadcast on UK television channel
More 4 on Christmas Eve. There will be more news on future projects
as they unfold.
Lee has taken the lead in a number of plays including ‘The Body
Show’ that was presented at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and ‘Tea
& Biscuits’ which made it’s debut at Wycombe Arts Centre. Lee’s key
supporting roles have included roles in the short film ‘Medium Rare’
(Finger Store Films, Dir: Stefan Stuckert) starring Steve Furst which
was the winner of the Jim DeMulling prize at the 41st Humboldt Film
Festival in California and the Bronz Busho prize at the Budapest Short
Film Festival in 2008, and the feature film ‘The Man Who Sold The
World’ (Snakehair Productions, Dir: Louis Melville), which screened in
Cannes in 2007 and had it’s public premiere at The Bourne To Die
Horror Festival in 2009.
As well as focusing on his acting career, Lee enjoys creating his
own material. This includes writing and directing plays and
filmmaking. Lee is also a supporter of children’s charities having
been a volunteer for Give Kids The World and Make A Wish in
Florida and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in the UK. As further
experience with children, Lee has been a cast member at Walt
Disney World in Florida, and played Goofy and Tigger at Disneyland
Paris.
